The second BLOC weekend, which has sold all 2,500 tickets, gets underway at Pontins in Hemsby this Friday with a line-up of international electronic music pioneers covering electro, techno, acid house, dubstep and grime.

Official headliner for the event is former Kraftwerk man Karl Bartos, who is shipping his audio-visual show in from Germany.

Other acts over the three arenas are numerous, but the live side includes acid house pioneers Phuture 303, A Guy Called Gerald, reformed trip hop/jazz band Red Snapper, The Bug, Lory D, D’Arcangelo, Radioactive Man, The Black Dog and, performing their first show in 10 years, LA Synthesis; while DJs include Amon Tobin, Underground Resistance’s Intersteller Fugitives, Luke Vibert, Skream, Dave Clarke, Joey Beltram, Dynamix II and Mysterious Mr O from the Detroit Grand Pubahs.
